Kahlua CheesecakeI think it tasted ok. but apparently some relatives visiting the States think that's pretty awful. hum.. not sure what's wrong. But I am very disappointed....

I tried to crea green tean filling by adding green tea powder into regular cream custard. Whoppers CheesecakeI love the sound of it. the base is a just plain cheesecake with a thick layer of whipped cream and decorated with my favourite whoppers. Very Chcoolate CakeTaste really good although it dos not very pretty. there is milk chocolate ganache as decoration and layer with chocolate sponge cake and white chocolate ganache. Creamy Cabbage and Sausage with FettuciniYummmy.. extremely fat as the creamy sauce was made with whipping cream Old Country BufferThat's a MUST every time when going down the border town (Bellingham). It was cheap and the quality is much better the buffet in Vancouver. But as you can see, you have huge long line up to wait to cross the border. Baby Back Ribshum... does that look right? looks a bit dark. and funny, the sauce taste like chinese dark ginger & vinegar |
